Lemon Juice Test

Hello,

I have a “granite?called Black & Grey.  I purchased it from a small Italian family business that said it did not need to be sealed because it was polished so smooth.  They also said to use Formula 409 to clean it which worries me even more now after reading your articles.  Have you heard of a cleaner called  Lustro Italiano Stone Cleaner?
